Extruded Sealing Profiles

A profile shape is only useful when the receiving channel, mating surface, closure force and environmental conditions are understood together.

Profile-led review

Share the cross-section, channel/edge geometry, corner approach, joint expectation and installation sequence. For an existing profile, include clear images and measured dimensions rather than relying on appearance alone.

  • Cross-section and critical dimensions
  • Corner, joint and cut-length approach
  • Closure force and compression space

Tooling and quantities

A new extrusion tool may be considered when the profile is defined and the partner confirms technical and commercial fit. Tooling, lead time and repeatability are confirmed only after review.

NoteManufacturing and delivery time depend on specification completeness, samples, tooling, quantity and supplier confirmation.
